How long does delivery take?

Can I change my address once the order has been dispatched?
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SWEETS ARE OUT OF STOCK?
If your sweets are out of stock we will either email you, or call you and find out what you would like us to replace the product with, or alternatively if we can not get hold of you we will replace your product with the next best thing!
What courier do you use?
We use 2 different couriers depending on the size of the parcel being sent! Either we will use my hermes, or DPD.
*DISCLAIMER: We do not refund or compensate delivery charges for orders that are delivered late due to bad weather conditions. This is out of control and also out of the couriers’ control so neither this company or the courier company are obliged to refund due to natural events such as snow, storms, rain, floods, powercuts etc.
